With a continuously running clock, perform 1 dip during the 1st minute, 2 dips during the 2nd minute, and so on.
Completed the 13th round at exactly 14:00, for a total of 91 dips: k= [n*(n+1)/2]. I had no strength, or desire to go on. I reached muscle fatigue very quickly, which isn’t surprising after doing heavy bench press on Sunday, and then a lot of pushups yesterday.
The first 11 rounds were unbroken sets, and 12/13 were broken into about 5-6 partitions of 4′s / 3′s / 2′s and singles.
